Jennifer Taxman

As the Associate Dean of Libraries for Research and Learning, Jennifer provides strategic leadership for Library programs with Dartmouth-wide visibility and impact, ensuring a coherent and responsive information and service environment supporting Dartmouth’s interdisciplinary research and teaching needs. Her administrative areas include Access & Delivery Services, the Book Arts Workshop, Facilities & Security, Records Management, Special Collections & Archives, and the libraries and staff supporting the research and learning needs of faculty and students in the Undergraduate Arts & Sciences, the Guarini School of Graduate & Advanced Studies, the Thayer School of Engineering, and the Tuck School of Business. Prior to joining Dartmouth in 2002, she held positions at Skidmore College and Kenyon College. Jennifer received a BA from Purdue University and MLIS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
