Amy Newman

Amy Newman is a project coordinator in the Facilities department for the Austin Public Library. Amy has worked for the City of Austin for five years and has an extensive background including project development, programming, management, space planning and furniture procurement. Amy has over thirty years of experience in the interior design field, including work in the corporate, health care, senior living, federal and municipality realms. Amy holds an NCIDQ certificate and has served on an Exam Development Committee for IDCQ. She is a registered interior designer in both the states of Texas and Louisiana and is a LEED Green Associate. Amy has a BS in interior design from Texas State University.
